1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of 8bdt, you must register an account. Each person may hold only one active account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — including accounts in another person's name — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your real name, date of birth, and active Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. 8bdt will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• 8bdt reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on any account at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account sharing — permitting another individual to access or operate your 8bdt account — is prohibited. Any winnings generated through shared account access may be voided.

8bdt is committed to protecting the integrity of the platform. Suspicious registration patterns, including the use of VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions, may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 8bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 8bdt supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Transaction processing times and any applicable minimum or maximum limits are displayed on the cashier page within your account and may be updated from time to time.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Betting Rules

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes caused by technical faults beyond 8bdt's reasonable control.
